Hara Lehsun with Rotla Recipe

Ingredients

Hara Lehsun (Green Garlic) 750 g (chopped)
Salt To taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Clarified butter (Ghee) 1/2 cup

Method for cooking Hara Lehsun (Green Garlic) with Rotla:

  1. Chop Hara Lehsun (Green Garlic) finely using knife and marinate with salt for 2-3 hours.
  2. Wash Hara Lehsun and drain all water from it.
  3. Form Rotlas and crush it with your hands or in a blender. Make sure the mixture is not in a powdered form.
  4. In a pan, heat the oil and clarified butter. Add Hara Lehsun in the hot oil and fry well.
  5. Add the Rotlas Mixture in the pan. Mix well and keep it on low flame for 20-30 mins.
  6. Serve with Baingan Bharta (Eggplant Bharta), Yogurt and Papad.
