Tips to stay healthy during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak

1. Exercise

Exercise is the most important guard to your immune system. Only 20 minutes of exercise boosts your metabolism, which helps your immune system to stay stronger and allow itself to protect you from the diseases. If you do not exercise, start today! 2. Intake of Vegetables and Fruits

3. Take care of hygiene

You must have heard this a hundred times already, “Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds!”. Do you know why? Incase if an infected person coughs or sneezes in front of you, the virus particles can be transferred easily towards the exposed areas of your body. Therefore it is necessary to:

  • Wash your hands with anti-bacterial soap frequently for 20 seconds or use a hand sanitiser
  • Avoid touching your face
  • Cover sneezes and coughs
  • Try to take bath once a day
  • Avoid shaking hands
  • Clean surfaces such as door handles, remote controls, light switches etc

4. Burn Loban (Benzoin)

Loban or Benzoin is extracted from Boswellia tree. Loban has both spiritual, religious and medical history. Burning Loban in house should be done on a daily basis, which purifies the atmosphere, as well as kills any kind of germs present in the air.

5. Take Honey with Kalonji (Nigella Seeds) once every morning
